Janine Reinecke

Janine moved to Ashburton some years ago.  Whilst in South Africa she was employed by Spoornet (the South African Railways and Harbours).  For 19 years she worked in the department of the Technical Advisors Office managing all civil and electrical building maintenance contracts for the property management department.

Janine has completed an intensive negotiations course with Unisa an international negotiations academy.  During her time with Spoornet she gained excellent people, marketing and negotiation skills.

Ian and his partner moved to New New Zealand in February 2007 from England.  They have recently just got married on Sumner Beach.

Living in Methven, Ian has an extensive knowlege of the area and is well known in the community.

Ian's prevoius experience with building surveys for clients such as BP, Sainsburys  and Astra Zennica, has given him experience in liasing with clients and contractors alike.

John Redmond

John is a born and bred local, who obtained his Salesperson's qualification in Real Estate in 2004 and began work at Cowdy & Co., a well respected independent Real Estate company in Christchurch for over 30 years.  Afer 18 months of dealing with the highly competitive environment of the Christchurch property market, John returned home to Ashburton and took a hiatuses from the industry.  After his time away from Real Estate, John sort out to be involved in the industry once more, with re-newed vigour and enthusiasm he is determined to break the common stereotype and bring fresh and new ideas to the local market.
