Janine Reinecke

Janine moved to Ashburton some years ago.  Whilst in South Africa she was employed by Spoornet (the South African Railways and Harbours).  For 19 years she worked in the department of the Technical Advisors Office managing all civil and electrical building maintenance contracts for the property management department.

Janine has completed an intensive negotiations course with Unisa an international negotiations academy.  During her time with Spoornet she gained excellent people, marketing and negotiation skills.

Janine's goal is to provide a professional and dedicated service to all her clients.

John Redmond

John is a born and bred local, who obtained his Salesperson's qualification in Real Estate in 2004 and began work at Cowdy & Co., a well respected independent Real Estate company in Christchurch for over 30 years.  Afer 18 months of dealing with the highly competitive environment of the Christchurch property market, John returned home to Ashburton and took a hiatuses from the industry.  After his time away from Real Estate, John sort out to be involved in the industry once more, with re-newed vigour and enthusiasm he is determined to break the common stereotype and bring fresh and new ideas to the local market.

During his work career John has been involved with local retail businesses, getting a firm grasp on selling and customer interaction.   He has also been involved in the community, namely the Ashburton Youth Council and helping co-found a new community group in 2005, the Ashburton Anime Association.  John also prides himself on being honest and having a high standard of morals and eithics, hoping to earn your trust with your most valued commodity, your home.
